The blogathon starts now

As you've no doubt noticed, the blogging around here has been awfully light for the past few days. Well, there's a reason for that.

I've been saving my strength.

This is the last day of October and, consequently, the last day of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a cause near and dear to my wife's heart, and one that this site has been trying to support. So here's the deal: I'll be posting at least once an hour for the next twenty-four hours in the hopes of raising as much money as possible before time runs out.

This is, as they say, a good cause, folks. Please help if you can.

POSTSCRIPT: In the interests of giving everyone a full opportunity to participate, I've temporarily relocated South Carolina to the West Coast. So, for today only, all times are Pacific.
