On the road again

Update: An old laptop and a bad (slow and pricey) connection. More later.

I was so impressed and energized by Senator Biden on "Meet the Press" today I wanted to find out if there was even the smallest possibility that he would run for President in 2004. It appears that all popular efforts to encourage his candidacy ended when he announced he wasn't running in August. Is that true? and if so I would love to help it get started again?
