INSERT "MAN ON DOG" JOKE HERE: It's awfully tempting to mock PA Sen. Rick Santorum for courageously stepping forward to lead the charge against Internet puppy mills as he prepares to face an unhappy, pet-loving electorate next year. But, hey, it's the Lord's work, and I'm glad somebody's doing it.
