HOWARD DEAN HAS SWITCHED HIS HOME STATE: He's now the former governor of the great state of Enron.
PS: C'mon, folks. Governors and senators always promote their home states' business interests. That's just a political fact of life. Besides, stones and glass houses, you know?

This post is a little disappointing. Biden has received huge contributions from the
MBNA (and his son gets $100,000 a year from the company, in addition to
his other income - not bad). So when Biden votes in favor of a bill that hurts
middle class Americans and might as well have been written by MBNA, surely you can
understand how some people might not view that as merely promoting his home
state's business interests. You can understand how some people might view it
Biden promoting his family's financial interests.
I fail to see the equivalency between Dean and Biden here . Dean criticizes
tax breaks for corporations but as governor of Vermont helped in getting
tax breaks for some corporations doing business in Vermont - if you want to say that makes
Dean a hypocrite, fair enough.
But it's not the same as taking mass quantities of cash from those corporations and
then voting in favor of a bill that will HELP them and HURT many ordinary
Americans.
Maybe I'm missing something here . . .
