The president's press conference tonight was like two completely separate events. The first -- a seventeen minute speech on the Iraq war -- was quite good. While the second -- a press conference in which the president essentially accused his political opponents of aiding and abetting the enemy, and then went on to freeze up rather embarrassingly when asked to recall a single error he'd made since 9-11 -- was, to say the least, disappointing.
